1.Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp: 8421383531.
- Once production has begun on a custom or personalized order, cancellation is not possible.
- Standard (non-custom) orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
2.Order Cancellation by Engraved Aura
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock.
- Payment could not be verified.
- Incorrect pricing due to technical error.
In all such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3.Refund on Cancellation
Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
